The other day I was waiting for my bus in the Bayview and saw the small child below. Needless to say, I couldn’t pull out my camera phone fast enough. You will be relieved to know he is enjoying a lollipop, not smoking. The taped-together toy gun looked for all the world like a baby sawed-off shotgun. This gives me boundless joy.
